How to keep rats warm during a winter storm?

I love in Texas, and it has been down in the 30s (Fahrenheit). We’ve been keeping the heater on so the house stays to around 70 degrees.

This week though, we are expecting 6 inches of snow in my area and 20 or under degree weather and are expecting the power to go out. We have a generator to plug stuff in but I’m not sure how to keep the rats warm. I have ordered a space heater but I’m not sure it will arrive by tomorrow, and I have a heating plate that can boil water and warm things up.

I’ve gone to a few different stores but I can’t find any heaters under 200 dollars, everything is sold out. They have hammocks and fleece lined tunnels they all curl up in, and I was thinking of putting some water at a comfortablely warm temperature in a thermal cup and wrapping it in a blanket and putting it in their cage, but I’d love more suggestions
